Vince was great in responding to our request for a quote, sourcing and ordering the door. He kept us fully informed of progress and when he would come to fit it. He and his colleague Marcus were just great. They removed the old rotten door and frame and fitted the new one in about 1/2 a day. Both were polite, helpful and just got on with it.
We are thrilled with the new door. It looks great and really smart/chic. A pity our cat would not use the new cat flap (he is old and found the magnetic resistance a bit too much!! We are working on a solution for that).
